This graph and data is a from a search of North Kitsap home median prices (not including BI) since May 2010 through July 2011. I have access to a powerful program called Trendgraphics, and can search a variety of parameters, i.e. waterfront sales, certain price ranges and types of homes. Note that the median price of a home in North Kitsap fell 14.3% from July of last year. The chart below has an incredible amount of information! CDOM - means cumulative days on market.
